A villa unit at Nam Hai, a luxury development located in Vietnam’s coastal city Hoi An along Non Nuoc Beach, was recently put on the market for USD2.5 million.
The development is based on a 31-hectare pristine beachfront plot, which includes a large tropical garden and courtyard territory, designed to complement the natural surroundings.
This villa resort comprises four bedroom pavilions, while facilities at the development include three beachfront swimming pools, two gourmet restaurants, luxurious spa, a fitness centre, library and a business area.
Reda Amalou, a world-renowned architect and his team from Paris-based AW2 design company, worked closely with acclaimed interior decorator Jaya Ibrahim and Bill Bensley, a prominent architect from Bensley Design Studios.
Forbes once named the nearby Non Nuoc Beach one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
